Booking and payment conditions :

• The reservation can be made for a minimum of 2 nights and is only valid for the chosen arrival date.

• A deposit of 50% of the total amount is to be paid on the account BE81 1030 8243 5924 within 5 days of booking.

• The balance is to be paid on the account BE81 1030 8243 5924 no later than 10 days before the arrival date.

• The deposit of 300,- € is to be paid on the account BE81 1030 8243 5924 at the latest 10 days before the arrival date along with the balance. The deposit will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after your departure, after checking the gîte.

• The accommodation is designed for max. 4 people. unless requested and prior agreement, we reserve the right to refuse access if capacity is not respected, without any reimbursement.

• The organization of student parties and hen/stag parties is prohibited. 

• Animals are not allowed.
